ARTICLE 28 - SENIORITY LIST AND ANNIVERSARY DATE <br /> 28.1 General. <br /> 28.1.1 The City shall keep an up-to-date seniority roster, copies of the same to be <br /> distributed to all Divisions. Any objections to the seniority list as posted shall be <br /> reported by the Association to the City. The anniversary date shall be the date of <br /> the appointment. If an Officer is promoted, the promotion date becomes the <br /> anniversary date.
