Conduct a workshop with City staff to review and receive comments on the draft O&M manuals prepared by the contractor and MSA. -11. Unanticipated Service—This subtask will include additional unanticipated labor and/or expenses not specifically identified herein. Such work items will be implemented on a work order basis and will be undertaken only after written authorization from the City. City Responsibilities: - 1. The City will provide full-time on-site inspector and will take the lead in administering and managing the construction contract and communicating with the construction contractor. 2. City will provided direction to MSA with respect to involvement in project meetings, submittal reviews, issuing clarifications, etc. 3. City will provide a single copy of complete and fully-coordinated construction markups for production of as-built plans. Deliverables: 1. Responses to submittals, clarifications, changes as requested by the City. 2. Operation and maintenance manual review comments and submission of a draft and final operation and maintenance narrative prepared by MSA. Deliverables are as follows: • 5 CDs with electronic copies of the manuals • 3 bound hard copies of the manuals 3.
