2 Version 0913 ERIK UTTER Integration Our integrators are the best in the business. Attention is paid to every detail. The integration will be performed to minimize disruption and speed overall progress. All equipment will be installed according to manufacturers recommendations. Utter & Associates will integrate equipment in racks with new wiring installed to the highest industry standards. All wires shall be tested for functionality. Complete wire label sets on Panduit self laminating laser labels shall be installed for all wires. We will also be responsible for the commissioning of all electronics. Utter&Associates will coordinate with others asneeded to verify scope of work, wire pathways, materials, etc. . A complete set of documentation will be delivered prior to the completion of the project. Documentation to include wire run database and as built diagrams. Commission and Training Detailed testing, commissioning and training is provided after installation. Training is coordinated on a system wide level. Most systems we install include equipment from various manufacturers. We work in concert with all vendors for commissioning of each component.Appropriate versions of the hardware and software will be integrated across all components. This multi-vendor interoperability commissioning and testing is a unique service from Utter & Associates. Included in this proposal are two days of training from the switcher manufacturer and two days of training from Tightrope Systems. These are dedicated classes for the City of Everett. Support As the project wraps up, we will continue to work with the City of Everett revising the final design until it meets all specific requirements. This includes updates to the wire run database and all as-built documentation.Support is available for technical issues and operator training and comfort.
