17 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />WATER FILTRATION PLANT <br />ASSET REFURBISHMENT PROGRAM <br />ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES <br />This Scope of Work presents the professional services requested by the City of Everett to <br />provide in electrical engineering services in support of the Water Filter Plant` s asset <br />refurbishment program. <br />The following tasks will be supported to accomplish the Scope of Work. <br />Task -1 Standard Operating Procedure Development <br />1. Develop SOP for testing and operation of 650KW emergency generator. <br />2. Develop SOP for the installation and operation of a temporary 1250KW generator to <br />facilitate refurbishment of existing emergency power 1250KW generator. <br />3. Develop SOP for testing refurbished 1250KW generator and standby systems. <br />4. Deliverables <br />a. T wo hard copies of SOPs and one electronic copy of SOPs to be provided within <br />15 works days of contract approval. <br />Task ® 2 On-site Emergency Generator Refurbishment Assistance <br />1. Provide on-site assistance during the installation and testing of a temporary 650KW <br />generator. <br />2. Provide on-site assistance during installation and testing of refurbished 65OKW <br />emergency generator. <br />3. Provide on-site assistance during the installation and testing of a temporary 1250KW <br />generator. <br />4. Provide on-site assistance during installation and testing of refurbished 1250KW <br />emergency generator. <br />Task — 3 Circuit Breaker Coordination Calibration and Arc Flash Equipment <br />Identification <br />1. Provide on-site assistance for the callbration of VVFP circuit breakers as per the <br />recomnlenda-dons provided 2015 the circuit breaker coordination sLLld)/. <br />158 <br />
