NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council: <br /> 1) Hereby adopts the Senator Henry M. Jackson Park Master Plan. <br /> 2) The Everett Parks and Recreation Department is authorized to re-format the <br /> Senator Henry M.
