The park electrical and lighting systems are outdated. Existing Buildings and Structureslorf�f' : Four buildings occupy the existing park site: a restroom; a storage building; an electrical service shed; and a picnic shel- ter. The first three buildings are located at the base of the slope near the athletic field backstops. The picnic shelter is situated at the west side of the park. The current restroom building is a pre-engineered metal panel and roof structure more than twenty years old. The restroom Storage building and athletic fields does not meet code requirements for accessibility. The former park restroom building is now being used for storage. The quality of construction and condition of the finishes of these PAR- two buildings are poor.
