1 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 1-02.10.RTF <br /> 4 <br /> 5 1-02.10 Withdrawing, Revising, or Supplementing Proposal <br /> 6 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Delete this section, and replace it with the following: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 After submitting a physical Bid Proposal to the Contracting Agency, the Bidder <br /> 11 may withdraw, revise, or supplement it if: <br /> 12 <br /> 13 1. The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person <br /> 14 and physically delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid <br /> 15 Proposals, and <br /> 16 2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for <br /> 17 receipt of Bid Proposals, and <br /> 18 3. The revised or supplemented Bid Proposal (if any) is received by the <br /> 19 Contracting Agency before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 If the Bidder's request to withdraw, revise, or supplement its Bid Proposal is <br /> 22 received before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals, the Contracting <br /> 23 Agency will return the unopened Proposal package to the Bidder. The Bidder <br /> 24 must then submit the revised or supplemented package in its entirety. If the <br /> 25 Bidder does not submit a revised or supplemented package, then its bid shall <br /> 26 be considered withdrawn. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Late revised or supplemented Bid Proposals or late withdrawal requests will be <br /> 29 date recorded by the Contracting Agency and returned unopened. Mailed, <br /> 30 emailed, or faxed requests to withdraw, revise, or supplement a Bid Proposal <br /> 31 are not acceptable. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 1-02.13.RTF <br /> 35 1-02.13 Irregular Proposals <br /> 36 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 37 Delete this section and replace it with the following: <br /> 38 <br /> 39 1. A proposal will be considered irregular and will be rejected if: <br /> 40 a. The Bidder is not prequalified when so required; <br /> 41 b. The authorized proposal form furnished by the Contracting Agency is <br /> 42 not used or is altered; <br /> 43 c. The completed proposal form contains any unauthorized additions, <br /> 44 deletions, alternate Bids, or conditions; <br /> 45 d. The Bidder adds provisions reserving the right to reject or accept the <br /> 46 award, or enter into the Contract; <br /> 47 e.
