1 the right to obtain information from third parties concerning a Bidder's <br /> 2 compliance with the mandatory bidder responsibility criteria. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 If the Contracting Agency determines the Bidder does not meet the mandatory <br /> 5 bidder responsibility criteria in RCW 39.04.350(1) and is therefore not a <br /> 6 responsible Bidder, the Contracting Agency shall notify the Bidder in writing, with <br /> 7 the reasons for its determination. If the Bidder disagrees with this determination, <br /> 8 it may appeal the determination within two (2) business days of the Contracting <br /> 9 Agency's determination by presenting its appeal and any additional information <br /> 10 to the Contracting Agency. The Contracting Agency will consider the appeal and <br /> 11 any additional information before issuing its final determination.
