Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Plans prepared by a licensed WA state architect are required to be wet stamped. <br /> Provide wet stamp on revised drawings. <br /> 2. Specify on plans how you are meet the requirements of section R406 "additional energy <br /> efficiency requirements' for the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Show the <br /> options chosen and the description of the option on the plans. <br /> The following numbered items are from the previous correction letter dated January 21, <br /> 2015. These items were not addressed, addressed incorrectly or created a correction as <br /> a result of the changes made. <br /> 1. Provide smoke alarms per section R314 International Residential Code (IRC) show <br /> on plans. <br /> Smoke alarms are required in each sleeping room and in the corridor or area giving <br /> access to each sleeping room. Smoke alarms are required on each story and in <br /> basements. <br /> 3.
