Project:2017 Biosolids Removal <br /> Change Order No. 1 <br /> Change Order Effective Date: June, 2017 <br /> Exhibit A—Description of Changed Work <br /> In January of 2017, the City and our Contractor(American Process Group Inc.) <br /> entered into a Contract for the 2017 Biosolids Removal Project for the dredging and <br /> dewatering of 2000 dry tons of biosolids from the City's Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility(Project). <br /> This Change Order adds costs associated with: <br /> 1. Additional dry tons dredged and dewatered <br /> As dredging and dewatering operations proceeded, additional solids were <br /> identified that needed to be removed. The City's Project Manager authorized <br /> the dredging and dewatering of an additional 144.50 dry tons. <br /> Costs associated with this item result in a net increase to the total Contract <br /> value of$34,334.65 <br />
