Tb provide adequate fire protection, a looped water system <br /> from the Bothell Everett Highway to another existing water main will be <br /> required. This may be • coordinated with adjacent proposed <br /> developments. Exact water system requirements will be determined after <br /> consultation with the Fire Marshal. <br /> 17. Grass-lined swales in series with wet ponds will be required to provide <br /> treatment of storm water run-off in this site. The wet ponds shall be <br /> designed to provide a minimum of 24 hours of detention time for all <br /> storms up to and including a five year, 24 hour storm. The design <br /> criteria for grass-lined swales shall be: <br /> 1. 5 year design storm <br /> 2. Maximum velocity = 4 feet per second <br /> 3. Maximum side slope = 3:1 <br /> 4. Maximum flow depth = 6 inches <br /> For areas that cannot physically be drained to the wet ponds, soil <br /> infiltration in series with grass-lined swales will be required. <br /> 18. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than <br /> 50 feet of every structure. <br /> 19. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br /> during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur <br /> as directed by the Public Works Department. <br /> 20. A one-year guarantee is required on the public street and utilities for <br /> an amount not less than 10% of the cost of construction and shall run <br /> for one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit <br /> for the project. <br /> 21. On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The <br /> easement will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 22. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be <br /> required to be submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and <br /> specifications. <br /> 23. Construction shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. , <br /> Monday through Friday, to minimize the noise impact on adjacent <br /> residential uses. <br /> 24. A Final Site Plan must be developed by the Applicant and submitted to <br /> the Planning Department reflecting all requirements contained in this <br /> Shoreline Substantial Development Permit. These final plans must be <br /> reviewed and approved by the City prior to issuance of any permits for <br /> this project and must comply with all Department of Ecology <br /> requirements. <br /> 000060 <br />
