September 30, 2015 <br />COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br />Adopt resolution adopting the South Everett Forest Preserve <br />Master Plan. <br />Presented by Paul Kaftanski, Parks <br />Council Member Stonecipher noted the importance of this project for the <br />restoration of the City of Everett eligibility for additional park funding. <br />Award the bid for the Evergreen Way (SR 99) — Airport Road to <br />112th Street Pedestrian Safety Project to Kamin's Construction <br />Company, in the amount of $233,268.05. <br />Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement <br />with Reid Middleton to provide survey, structural and civil <br />engineering services for the Puget Sound Outfall 6 Reroute Project <br />in the amount of $175,609. 00. <br />Presented by Dave Davis, Public Works <br />Vice President Murphy inquired if the total cost of $175,609.00 is the City's <br />portion, or if the amount will be split with the Port of Everett? <br />Dave Davis, Public Works, stated that he will provide this information later. <br />PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: <br />COUNCIL BILL NO. 1509-29 <br />SECOND READING: <br />AN ORDINANCE making the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning and <br />Shoreline Master Program designations for the Port of Everett <br />South Terminal consistent, amending Ordinance Nos. 2705-03, <br />2706-03, 2021-94, 2600-02 and 1671-89, as amended <br />296 <br />
