September 30, 2015 <br />COUNCIL BILL NO. 1509-30 <br />SECOND READING: <br />AN ORDINANCE making the Comprehensive Plan Map and the <br />Zoning Map for the Port of Everett South Terminal consistent and <br />amending Ordinance Nos. 2705-03 and 2706-03 <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br />Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br />Stonecipher, to approve the following consent items: <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br />To adopt Resolution No. 6899 acknowledging the payment of audited <br />and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,247,306.12 for the period of September 12, 2015, through <br />September 18, 2015. <br />APPLICATION — PUBLIC FIREWORKS DISPLAY <br />To approve the Wolverine West, LLC application for a October 2, <br />2015, public fireworks display at the Everett Memorial Stadium for <br />the Everett High School Homecoming Celebration. <br />APPLICATION — PUBLIC FIREWORKS DISPLAY <br />Approve the Wolverine West, LLC application for a October 23, 2015 <br />public fireworks display at the Everett Memorial Stadium for the <br />Jackson High School Homecoming Celebration. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />297 <br />
