September 30, 2015 <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />COUNCIL BILL 1509-28 <br />THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of Water and Sewer <br />Revenue and Refunding bonds in the principal amount of not <br />to exceed $55,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring, <br />constructing and installing certain additions and betterments <br />to and extensions of the City's water and sewer system <br />Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br />Stonecipher, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br />Council Bill No. 1509-28 and the city clerk is directed to call the roll for the <br />final disposition of the ordinance. <br />AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br />NAYS: None <br />EXCUSED: Bader <br />Ordinance No. 3450-15 adopted. <br />GRANT AGREEMENT — HISTORIC PROPERTY INVENTORY FORMS <br />Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br />Member Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Grant Agreement <br />with the State of Washington Department of Archeology and Historic <br />Preservation to hire a consultant to produce Historic Property <br />Inventory forms for properties in the Claremont Heights plat of the <br />Claremont Neighborhood in the amount of $10,000.00. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />
