I- <br /> - <br /> . <br /> to the issues raised by Council at the August 17, 1988 hearing, the <br /> 2 following information was generated by the Applicant and supplied to Council <br /> 3 for Council ' s consideration at the September 21 , 1988, public meeting: <br /> 4 <br /> 5 1 . Wetlands. The applicant had contacted Department of <br /> Ecology and a meeting was scheduled for the field on <br /> 6 September 22, 1988, with DOE. <br /> 2. Traffic. David Enger of Transportation Planning <br /> Engineering prepared an additional report addressing <br /> 8 traffic issues which was submitted to Council . <br /> 9 3. The Evergreen Inventory - Landscaping Plan. Applicant <br /> inventoried the Evergreen trees on the site and indicated <br /> 10 to Council which trees could be saved. <br /> 11 4. Drainage Plan. Applicant submitted revised drainage plan <br /> which addressed the concerns of the City' s Public Works <br /> 12 Department. <br /> 13 5. Tot Lot. The tot lot was relocated to a more centralized <br /> location. <br /> 14 6. St. Peter' s House. The Historical Commission had met and <br /> 15 considered the issue of the St. Peter's house and felt that <br /> it may have some historical significance. The City <br /> 16 Attorney's Office advised the City Council that it could <br /> not recognize St. Peter' s house for historical significance <br /> 17 due to the fact that it was not properly listed on the <br /> City' s Historical Register at the time this Applicant <br /> 18 submitted its SEPA application to the City. <br /> 19 7. Lake Fill . City staff provided information concerning the <br /> required fill for Silver Lake which indicated that the <br /> 20 requirements for fill had been agreed upon by the City <br /> staff. <br /> 21 8. Monroe School . A letter was provided by the Everett School <br /> 22 District which indicated that the children may be bused to <br /> Monroe School . The Applicant indicated that it would not <br /> 23 be possible to obtain an easement across the adjoining <br /> property to gain access to 23rd Drive S.E. But 24th Drive <br /> 24 S.E. is possible and Staff will work with adjacent <br /> developer and DOE to accomplish this. The Applicant <br /> 25 indicated that it would be willing to pay Five Thousand <br /> Dollars ($5,000) towards access if the City would acquire <br /> 26 an access easement either by purchase or condemnation. <br /> 27 9. Impervious Surface. Based upon new calculations, which <br /> include the roof surfaces, the project has been modified <br /> 28 and new figures addressing impervious surface will be <br /> included in the detailed drainage plan. <br /> 29 10. Site Plan. The Applicant submitted a new site plan which <br /> 30 was more detailed in nature. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 2 <br />
