She thanked the Parks Department and Cultural Arts staff <br /> for the great programming. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Mark Ford, Seattle, spoke against the business practices of transportation <br /> network companies (TNCs). <br /> Brenda Bolanos-Ivory, Everett, spoke about the Snohomish County Drug <br /> and Gang Task Force and encouraged the City to disburse money and <br /> property seized by the Everett Police Department back to the Task Force. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Presentation of the EnvisionEverett 2037 Report <br /> Presented by Bob Bolerjack, Administration; <br /> EnvisionEverett Committee Members Ethel McNeal, <br /> Michael Rinner, and Maria-Teresa Vicens <br /> Council members thanked the EnvisionEverett committee members for their <br /> outstanding work and commitment to the project.
