PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 4711 <br /> ER T <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 7 <br /> GRAND AVENUE PARK BRIDGE <br /> W.O. #3588 <br /> MAY 10, 2017 <br /> NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS: <br /> Addendum No. 7 contains the following revisions, additions, deletions and clarifications and is <br /> hereby made a part of the contract documents for the above named Project and shall be <br /> considered by all prospective bidders in submitting bids. <br /> Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 7 in the space provided on page P-14 in <br /> Division P, Proposal Signature Sheet. Failure to comply with this requirement may render the <br /> Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. This Addendum consists of 16 pages, including <br /> all revisions, attachments and details. <br /> The Bid time and location for receipt of Bids are unchanged by this Addendum. <br /> 2:00 PM AT THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE, 2930 WETMORE AVENUE. <br /> THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS, ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Revise the date at the end of the first sentence in the first paragraph to read as follows: <br /> "Tuesday, May 23, 2017," <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1. Revise page S62, line 44: Delete"and". <br /> 2. Revise page S208, Line 44 and 45 by deleting the following sentence: "When <br /> excavation below grade is necessary, excavation will be measured to the limits ordered <br /> by the Engineer." and replacing with the following sentence: "When excavation <br /> outside the trench neat lines shown on the contract plans is necessary, excavation will <br /> be measured to the limits ordered by the Engineer.". <br /> CONTRACT PLANS <br /> 1. Replace Sheet No. 64 with attached: Drawing S0.02 has been revised to clarify <br /> cofferdam detail. <br /> 2. Replace Sheet No. 65 with attached: Drawing S0.03 has been revised to clarify <br /> railroad impact. <br /> 3.
