Failure to comply with this requirement may render the <br /> Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. This Addendum consists of 54 pages, including <br /> all revisions, attachments and details. <br /> The Bid time and location for receipt of Bids are unchanged by this Addendum. <br /> 2:00 PM AT THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE, 2930 WETMORE AVENUE. <br /> THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS,ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Revise the date at the end of the first sentence in the first paragraph to read as follows: <br /> "Tuesday,June 6, 201Z" <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1. On page S118, delete"will likely be"on lines 12 through 13 and replace with "is". <br /> 2. On page S143, add "including the Threaded Anchor Rods" in line 22 after "... the seal <br /> assemblies", and omit lines 25 through 27 and replace with: 'Pedestrian Waterproof <br /> Coating', per square foot. The unit Contract price for'Pedestrian Waterproof Coating'will <br /> be full pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to furnish, <br /> and install as specified and shown on the Plans." <br /> 3.
