Therefore, appropriately <br /> zoned single family areas should be preserved. Less compatible land <br /> uses should be discouraged. Natural physical features should be <br /> protected, quality design should be promoted, repair and <br /> rehabilitation should be encouraged in existing residential <br /> structures. <br /> 8 <br />
