EVERETT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />Policy 2.1.7: Support maintenance of existing rail <br />and water corridors and the expansion <br />of the capacity of those corridors <br />consistent with the City's economic <br />development goals. <br />Policy 2.1.8: Include emergency service providers in <br />review of roadway designs to ensure <br />emergency vehicle passage.
