5. Up to three (3) permit submittal intake appointments with the City of Everett will be required. <br /> 6. Permit applications that do not require in-person meetings will be submitted via U.S. mail or <br /> on-line. <br /> 7. Design drawings may need to be modified to meet agency submittal requirements (e.g., the <br /> Corps requires drawings in 8.5 by 11 format with its title blocks). Up to 40 hours CAD time <br /> and 60 hours GIS time are included in this subtask. <br /> 8. HDR has estimated the amount of time required to respond to agency comments via an <br /> hour estimate for the Consultant Permit Lead, Permit Specialist, Environmental Lead, <br /> Design Lead, and CAD. Should extensive comments or changes come from the agency, <br /> additional effort may be required. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft and final permit application submittal packages (transmittal letters, permit applications, <br /> submittal checklists, and project narratives) in native and PDF format to City of Everett. <br /> 2. Draft and final comment/response tables, transmittal letters, and drawings. <br /> Subtask 1000.04 State Environmental Policy Act Compliance <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Prepare draft and final SEPA Environmental Checklist. Final to be created based on City's <br /> review comments. <br /> 2. Assist with the preparation of the threshold determination, notice of action, legal notices, and <br /> postings in accordance with the City's SEPA procedures. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Serve as Lead Agency for SEPA. <br /> 2. Provide a single consolidated, reconciled, and internally consistent set of review comments, <br /> free of conflicting direction and input, in response to draft work products. <br /> 3. Pay for legal notices and arrange for publication in local newspapers. <br /> 4. Print and distribute the Environmental Checklist and threshold determination. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. A Determination of Nonsignificance/Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance will be <br /> issued for the project. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft and final Environmental Checklist. <br /> 2.
