Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Informal consultation will be sufficient to show ESA compliance. <br /> 2. HDR will prepare a project-specific ESA compliance documentation based on one project <br /> approach developed with City input. <br /> 3. Formal consultation with the Services will not be required for this project. <br /> 4. Any re-initiation of consultation under the ESA would require a scope amendment under this <br /> task of this contract. <br /> 5. Provide a single consolidated, reconciled, and internally consistent set of review comments, <br /> free of conflicting direction and input, in response to draft work products.. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. ESA compliance documentation (Draft and Final, PDF via email). <br /> Subtask 1000.07 City of Everett Critical Areas Study <br /> Objective <br /> Prepare a Critical Areas Study to comply with the City of Everett's critical areas ordinance and <br /> to support the Site Development permit application and SEPA compliance. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Prepare a Critical Areas Study per requirements Pursuant to Everett Municipal Code <br /> Chapter 37, current as of the date of the agreement. <br /> 2. The Critical Areas Study will build upon information provided in the updated Wetland and <br /> Stream Delineation Report (completed in Phase 1) and ESA Compliance (Task 1000.06). <br /> The critical area study will be developed to address the City development standards and <br /> best available science (BAS) requirements. The report will summarize relevant background <br /> studies and mapping and will identify the general extent and location of project critical areas <br /> as defined by the City within the project study area. <br /> 3. Provide internal QA/QC review of internal work processes and products, and of deliverables. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide background and documentation relative to any known critical areas issues within the <br /> project area and general project vicinity based on past experience and investigations. <br /> 2. Provide a single consolidated, reconciled, and internally consistent set of review comments, <br /> free of conflicting direction and input, in response to draft work products. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1.
