f Within 60 calendar days of the mailing of this Order, have engineer of <br /> record submit for review and approval of the building official revised plans <br /> and engineering for the retaining wall attached to the south side of the <br /> building at 4841 Glenwood Avenue. <br /> 4. Payment of$500.00 of the total fine is due within fifteen(15) calendar days of the <br /> mailing of this Order. If Mr.Popov fails to complete the above-referenced actions by the <br /> above-described timeline,then payment of the remaining$3,000.00 shall be due within <br /> fifteen(15) calendar days of the unmet deadline. All payments shall be made to the City of <br /> Everett Treasurer at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett Washington, 98201. If payment of <br /> the$500.00 is not received within 15 calendar days of the mailing of this Order, or, for the <br /> remaining fine, within 15 calendar days of the unmet deadline in the timeline described <br /> above, collection action will be taken, which may include assigning the debt to a collection <br /> agency pursuant to RCW 19.16.500. <br /> 5. Peter Popov shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC 1.20.020 or any ordinance <br /> or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in Chapter 1.20 EMC as <br /> the enforcement procedure for said regulations or ordinance, for the next twelve(12) <br /> months. <br /> 6. This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral Orders issued at the <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> 7.
