(SMI) are parties to the Integrated Transit Technology System(ITTS) <br /> Agreement dated January 6,2010 (the"Contract"). The Contract was awarded pursuant to the City's Request <br /> for Proposal 2009-034 (RFP). <br /> With Amendment No. 5,SMI will provide a third party General Transit Feed Specification(GTFS) static and <br /> real-time data export for a one-time cost of$13,000 and a maintenance fee of$850 after one year and <br /> continuing annually.
