Coordinate with the City permitting authorities for any variance requirements regarding the <br /> energy code or fire sprinklers/hydrants. <br /> 8. Client to provide Record Drawings and O&M materials including but not limited to Electrical <br /> One Lines, Control Diagrams, power demand and energy use, Control Panel Drawings, <br /> Power System Studies (Arc Flash, Short-Circuit, and Protective Device Coordination). <br /> 9. Client to provide list of preferred equipment suppliers and note any which are sole-sourced <br /> and have the appropriate justification and documentation. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. 50% Design Workshop will be attended by six HDR staff(PM, project engineer, staff <br /> engineer, electrical engineer, structural engineer, architect). Workshop will be five hours in <br /> length, including travel.time (4 hour workshop). Four additional hours budgeted for meeting <br /> preparation, agenda and meeting notes. Architect travel time includes flight and hotel. <br /> 2. Backup generator will be an outdoor diesel package generator with sound enclosure and <br /> integral fuel tank, integral control panel and integral load bank(if required). <br /> 3. The generator will be sized based on the current pumps at the FEN. No permits will be <br /> required for the generator. <br /> 4. Placement of an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)will be included with the generator or in <br /> the electrical room of the existing dechlorination building. Space for the ATS is assumed <br /> available and modifications to existing equipment to accommodate the ATS are not <br /> included. <br /> 5. It is assumed that the generator will be fueled by truck and hose and that the spill <br /> containment for the fuel delivery is provided by the City of Everett or delivery company. <br /> Permanent spill containment is not included in the scope. <br /> 6. Modifications to the existing dechlorination building MCC are not included. <br /> 7. Instrument installation design to be provided by contractor based on manufacturers' <br /> recommendations. Installation details not included in this design. <br /> 8. Typical I/O diagram provided for reference. Detailed loop drawings and I/O configurations to <br /> be provided by contractor. <br /> 9. Typical motor control schematic provided for reference. Final control schematics to be <br /> developed and provided by contractor. <br /> 10. HDR standard specifications to be utilized as the starting point for the design. <br /> 11. Typical panel details provided. <br /> 12. No architectural rendering or photo realistic representations of the design are required. <br /> Building shall be CMU structure with standing seam metal roof over rigid insulation board, <br /> metal deck and galvanized and painted steel truss structure. Doors, windows, ladders, etc <br /> shall be aluminum. Skylights may be added as required for natural day lighting and <br /> equipment. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1.
