Prepare Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost(OPCC) at the 90% design level. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Produce 90% level contract documents: <br /> A. Documents shall include 90% level Drawings for each sheet noted in Appendix XX. <br /> B. Specifications for each division and section noted in Appendix)(X. <br /> 2. Update the Preliminary Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost. Estimate of the <br /> construction cost will follow the expected level of accuracy for an Associate for the <br /> Advancement of Cost Engineering Class 2 estimate. <br /> 3. Prepare draft Stormwater Site Plan. <br /> 4. Respond to Everett's comments in the provided Comment Log. <br /> 5. 90% Design Workshop: <br /> A. Conduct a half-day workshop with City staff to review the BIM model and any <br /> comments on the 90% level design and determine any final modifications required to <br /> produce final bid ready documents. . <br /> B. Provide follow up responses in the Comment Log. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Review and provide timely comments on all deliverables. <br /> 2. Provide consolidated review comments on provided (or City)forms. <br /> 3. Provide field data and access to the plant site as needed by the design team. <br /> 4. Participate in design workshops and select the preferred approach. <br /> 5. Provide paperwork (if necessary)for justification of sole sourcing plant control system, VFD <br /> and MCC equipment. <br /> 6. Make available local electrician and appropriate plant staff, if required, during Engineer site <br /> visits. <br /> 7. The City will submit documentation to the Building Department and Department of Ecology <br /> as needed. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. 90% Design Workshop will be attended by four HDR staff(PM, project engineer, staff <br /> engineer, electrical engineer).
