4. Meetings: <br /> A. Pre-Bid Meeting: Attended by two (2) consultant staff. Meeting assumed to be 4 hours <br /> in length, including travel time. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. PDF's of two addenda, if needed, for City distribution. <br /> Task 1500 Services During Construction <br /> Objective <br /> Provide engineering services during the construction phase. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Attend the following meetings: <br /> A. Pre-constructionplanning meeting. <br /> B. Attend construction progress meetings. <br /> i. Up to ten (10) meetings will be attended in person. <br /> ii. Remaining meetings will be attended via conference call. . <br /> 2. Respond to questions and requests for information from the Contractor and City <br /> construction staff, including providing technical interpretation of contract drawings and <br /> specifications. <br /> 3. Review construction submittals, RFI's, and other construction documentation requested by <br /> the City. Provide written comments to assess the general conformance with.the Contract <br /> Documents. <br /> 4. Review Contractor submitted changed order requests and provide written feedback to the <br /> City. <br /> SubConsultant (HWA) Services <br /> 1. Task Management: HWA will prepare monthly invoices, and progress reports, if required. <br /> We will correspond with the City of Everett and HDR in emails, fax, and telephone calls, as <br /> necessary. <br /> 2. Pre-construction Meetings: HWA will meet with the City, contractors and design team at a <br /> preconstruction meeting. (1 meeting) • <br /> 3. Geotechnical Submittal Review <br /> 4. Geotechnical Observation during Utility Excavation, Shoring & Sheet Pile Installation (as <br /> required) <br /> A. Provide daily field reports for geotechnical observation activities. <br /> 5. Test Pile Monitoring and Evaluation: Following the driving of test piles, a letter will be <br /> prepared recommending pile driving criteria. <br /> 6. Monitoring the Installation of Foundation Piles—Chlorine Building, Vault and Culvert <br /> 7.
