CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS 01 30 00 <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1.3 PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING <br /> A. Owner will schedule and preside over meeting after Notice of Award. ' <br /> B. Attendance Required: Architect/Engineer, Owner, Resident Project Representative, major <br /> Subcontractors, 36-inch diameter pressure sustaining valve representative and Contractor. <br /> C. Minimum Agenda: <br /> 1. Distribution of Contract Documents. <br /> 2. Submission of list of Subcontractors, list of products, schedule of values, and Progress <br /> Schedule. <br /> 3. Designation of personnel representing parties in Contract, and Architect/Engineer. <br /> 4. Communication procedures. <br /> 5. Procedures and processing of requests for interpretations, field decisions, field orders, <br /> submittals, substitutions, Applications for Payments, proposal request, Change Orders, <br /> and Contract closeout procedures. <br /> 6. Scheduling. <br /> 7. Critical Work sequencing. <br /> 8. Scheduling activities of COE inspectors. <br /> 1.4 SITE MOBILIZATION MEETING <br /> A. Owner will schedule and preside over meeting at Project Site prior to Contractor occupancy. <br /> 1 <br /> B. Attendance Required: Architect/Engineer, Owner, Contractor, Contractor's Superintendent, and <br /> major Subcontractors. <br /> C. Minimum Agenda: <br /> 1. Use of premises by Owner and Contractor. , <br /> 2. Owner's requirements and occupancy. <br /> 3. Construction facilities and controls. <br /> 4. Temporary utilities. <br /> 5. Survey and vault layout. <br /> 6. Security and housekeeping procedures. <br /> 7. Schedules. <br /> 8. Procedures for testing. <br /> 9. Procedures for maintaining record documents. <br /> 10.
