Deviation from <br /> the Standard Plans must be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the City prior to <br /> construction. <br /> 11. Disposal Sites: Provide the City with the location of all disposal sites to be used, and <br /> also provide copies of the permits and approvals for such disposal sites.
