Tie-in in work must be completed within 36 consecutive hours after City Water <br /> Operations has removed the head off the line and turned over to Contractor. <br /> 1) The 36 hour time allotment will begin when the City Representative gives <br /> the Contractor written notice that the pressure head is off the pipe. <br /> b.
