1 Standpipe - Fee: $10 <br /> Plan Review Fee: 50% of the sprinkler permit <br /> 2 fee as calculated above <br /> 3 b. Repairs - $20. <br /> 4 B. Design. Fire Suppression system plans shall be submitted to the <br /> 5 City's Building Division for the installation, alteration, replacement or <br /> 6 <br /> major repair of all fire suppression systems. Such plans shall bear <br /> 7 evidence that the system conforms to the requirements of the governing <br /> 8 code(s) for its design. <br /> 9 C. Plans. All suppression system plans shall be submitted to the <br /> 10 City for review and approval prior to a permit being issued. Two sets of <br /> 11 detailed plans showing all piping, bracing, valving, associated equipment <br /> 12 and coverage shall be included. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 1 . Alterations and/or additions to existing systems must <br /> comply with this ordinance and governing standards. <br /> 15 <br /> D. Plan Check Fee. A fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the permit <br /> 16 <br /> 17 fee shall be paid to the City' s Building Division at the time of submittal <br /> of plans. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Section 10: Penalty. <br /> 20 Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br /> 21 ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and each such person shall <br /> 22 be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion <br /> 23 thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this <br /> 24 ordinance is committed, continued or permitted, and upon conviction of any <br /> 25 such violation, such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than <br /> 26 One Thousand Dollars ($1 ,000) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety <br /> 27 (90) days or both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> 28 Section 11 : Authority to Abate. <br /> 29 A. Any violation of this ordinance is hereby declared to be a <br /> 30 nuisance. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 6 <br />
