OUT OF SCOPE <br /> The following are outside the scope of this SOW: <br /> a. City of Everett will be responsible for procurement of any necessary required hardware,software,and <br /> corresponding licensing,directly with City of Everett preferred vendors <br /> b. Administrative support of City of Everett's other systems <br /> c. Subsequent stages of adopting additional capabilities outside the scope of this proposal. <br /> d. Full migration of all departments will be managed in later stages and estimated based upon the new site <br /> design and functional requirements or additional features/benefits or workflows being migrated. <br /> e.
