Temporary drainage during construction shall be <br /> placed to control and direct all surface runoff <br /> away from any slope faces to a suitable storm <br /> drainage system as approved by the Public Works <br /> Department. <br /> 7. No fill shall be placed on or adjacent to slope <br /> faces with more than 15 percent slope unless <br /> approved by the soils engineer and the Public <br /> Works Department. <br /> 8. All buildings shall be seated on and, if <br /> necessary keyed into, undisturbed native soil or <br /> controlled structural fill that is placed in <br /> accordance with the recommendations of the soils <br /> engineer. An inspection shall be made by the <br /> soils engineer prior to placing the foundation. <br /> 9. Soil compaction testing shall be performed <br /> throughout the construction of the public street <br /> and utilities. Density curves shall be submitted <br /> to the Public Works Department prior to permits <br /> being issued for any aspect of the project. All <br /> work performed by the geotechnical engineer or <br /> testing lab shall be reported directly to the <br /> City Public Works Inspector before covering work <br /> can be continued by the contractor. Daily <br /> reports shall be kept by the soils <br /> investigator/tester and submitted to the Public <br /> Works Inspector within 24 hours. <br /> 10. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 <br /> days of completion of construction. If reseeding <br /> is not practical due to weather or seasonal <br /> problems, the ground must be covered with mulch <br /> as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 11. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as <br /> to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 12 . The City Public Works Inspectors will place stop <br /> work orders on any construction activity if <br /> substantial erosion or slope failure occurs <br /> during construction The stop work order will <br /> remain in place until all damage is repaired and <br /> slopes are stabilized. <br /> PUD <br /> a. Transmission Line: The Applicant must negotiate with <br /> Snohomish County PUD #1 concerning appropriate site <br /> and easement alternatives for a 115 KV transmission <br /> line which may need to be located on this project <br /> site. A copy of any agreement reached must be <br /> provided to the City. <br /> OPEN SPACE/RECREATION <br /> a. Common Open Space: There shall be provided a <br /> minimum of 200 square feet per dwelling unit of <br /> common open space on phases 1, 2 , and 3 , which <br /> shall not include required setbacks, buffer areas, <br /> or native growth protection easement areas.
