construction. Construction shall not impair the operation of or access to those facilities without <br /> prior permission from the Owner's Representative. <br /> 4. Regularly instruct workers of the importance of maintaining sanitary conditions and confirm <br /> compliance. <br /> 5. Prohibit workers from having domestic animals on-site or in vehicles. <br /> 6. Prohibit fuel,food, cigarettes, liquids other than water, and similar items from interior of the East <br /> Clearwell. <br /> 5.7 Notification Requirements <br /> Requirements for obtaining Demolition Notices to Proceed are set forth in Article 5 of the Design- <br /> Build Contract. In addition, Design-Builder shall: <br /> 1. Notify the Owner's Representative a minimum of two working days prior to prior to <br /> commencement of work to take any utility, system, or process out of service. <br /> 2. Notify the Owner's Representative a minimum of two weeks prior to: <br /> • Demolishing Screen House Bridge <br /> 5.8 Health and Safety <br /> In addition to the requirements of Article 2, Section 2.8 of the General Conditions, Design-Builder <br /> shall comply with the following requirements: <br /> 1. Adapt Design-Builder's Health and Safety Plan to the specific nature of the work for the Project; <br /> 2. Identify and comply with all applicable federal,state, and local laws related to health and safety, <br /> including confined space entry. <br /> 3. Provide regular working training prior to and throughout construction on all aspects of Design- <br /> Builder's Health and Safety Plan <br /> 4. Maintain documented confined space entry procedures and certifications on-site as required by <br /> OSHA. <br /> 5.9 Housekeeping <br /> In addition to complying with Article 2, Section 2.7.6 of the General Conditions Design-Builder shall: <br /> 1. Conduct Site walk-throughs at the end of each work day and work week and collect all litter and <br /> trash from Sites. <br /> 2. Maintain staging and stockpiling area(s) in an organized fashion and keep them clear of litter <br /> and debris. <br /> 5.10 Construction Control and Environmental Protection <br /> 5.10.1 Erosion Control <br /> Design-Builder shall develop and erosion control plan and provide erosion and sediment control <br /> measures to achieve the following: <br /> 1. Comply with all applicable surface water regulations <br /> 2. Prevent disturbance, erosion and scour <br /> 3.
