Please provide a code analysis on the drawings, to differentiate and identify the uses <br /> and occupancies inside of the building (factory, assembly, retail, offices) and how these <br /> uses either fit or do not fit the definition of a nightclub, per IBC A change in occupancy <br /> from business to A-2 (as indicated on the cover sheet) will trigger compliance with the <br /> Everett Municipal Code 16.76.060 for suppression, which will also trigger automatic <br /> detection. <br /> 5.
