All overhead doors should be shown to meet the envelope U value requirements,per <br /> WSEC 402.1.1.1 <br /> b. The building envelope details should be shown to meet WSEC 402.1.1.1 <br /> Response: This is the first tenant to occupy this space. The warehouse has not been brought up <br /> from a non-conditioned space. <br /> 2. If the warehouse is semi-heated,please verify that the doors, windows, and walls separating the <br /> office portion of the building meet the requirements for exterior exposure,per WSEC 402.1.1.1. <br /> L/ Response: The doors will have a max U-factor of.037 and the walls will be constructed of 6" <br /> wood studs with R-21 batt insulation. New attic insulation will have a value of R-38. See <br /> General Notes on Sheet G 1.1. <br /> 3. Please include the warehouse in the calculated lighting summary using a form available on <br /> NEEC.NET for the interior and exterior lighting power allowances per WSEC section 405.4 and <br /> 405.5. Please show any required revisions to the lighting fixtures on the plans. <br /> Response: See revised lighting calculation <br /> 4. One additional efficiency package options in accordance with Section C406 should be identified <br /> and shown for compliance. <br /> Response: Interior lighting power allowance complies with C406.3.
