Council Member Roberts thanked everyone who helped with the <br /> Council Retreat. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin to direct staff to develop a resolution that accepts the <br /> EnvisionEverett 2037 report as a foundation document for future <br /> planning. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the resolution development process and a <br /> need to consider the cost and the budget implication for each initiative. <br /> President Tuohy thanked staff for helping with the retreat. She also reported <br /> on her attendance at the Council of Neighborhoods meeting and the Casino <br /> Road Stakeholders meeting. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Ed Petersen, Everett, presented recommendations for the Everett Station <br /> neighborhood transformation from the Everett Station District Alliance. <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about complaints he submitted to the Attorney <br /> General Office last week. <br /> J.T.
