December 30, 2015 <br /> PURCHASE — POLICE VEHICLES <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to approve the purchase of police vehicles from state <br /> contract 03713 in the amount of $341,827.29 including Washington <br /> State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT FEE <br /> BILLING SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 9 to the <br /> Ambulance Transport Billing Services Agreement with Systems <br /> Design Northwest, Inc. for emergency medical transport fee billing <br /> services in the amount of$93,058.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — MEDICAL SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Dr. Ron Brown of North Sound Emergency Medicine <br /> for medical services in 2016 in the amount of$49,260. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 431 <br />
