Section 2. Pursuant to Chapter 35.87A RCW, it is the intention of the City to establish the <br /> expanded Downtown BIA, within the following described boundaries: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Everett Avenue and the centerline of <br /> Broadway Avenue; thence southerly, along the centerline of Broadway Avenue to <br /> intersect the centerline of Pacific Avenue; thence westerly, along the centerline of Pacific <br /> Avenue to intersect the centerline of West Marine View Drive (formerly known as <br /> Norton Avenue); thence northerly, along the centerline of West Marine View Drive to <br /> intersect the centerline of Everett Avenue; thence easterly, along the centerline of Everett <br /> Avenue to intersect the southerly projected centerline of the alley in Block 613, Rucker's <br /> First Plat, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 101, records <br /> of Snohomish County, Washington; thence northerly, along said projected alley <br /> centerline and the centerline of said alley in Block 613 and its northerly projection to <br /> intersect the centerline of 26th Street; thence easterly, along the centerline of 26th Street <br /> to intersect the northerly projected centerline of the alley in Block 611 of said Rucker's <br /> First Plat; thence southerly, along said projected alley centerline and the centerline of said <br /> alley in Block 611 and its southerly projection to intersect the centerline of Everett <br /> Avenue; thence easterly, along the centerline of Everett Avenue to intersect the centerline <br /> of Broadway Avenue and said point of beginning. <br /> Situated in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington <br /> Section 3. Pursuant to Chapter 35.87A RCW, it is the intention of the City to disestablish, <br /> terminate, and dissolve the current smaller Downtown BIA, within the following described <br /> boundaries, repealing Ordinance 2842-05: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Pacific Avenue and the centerline <br /> of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue,thence north along the centerline of the alley west <br /> of Hoyt Avenue to a point, said point being the intersection of the south line of lot <br /> 5,block 681,Plat of Everett projected easterly to the centerline of said alley,thence <br /> west along said projected line and the south line of lot 5,block 681, Plat of Everett <br /> and the westerly projection thereof to the centerline of Rucker Avenue,thence north <br /> along the centerline of Rucker Avenue to a point, said point being the intersection <br /> of the north line of lot 9, block 669, Plat of Everett projected westerly to the <br /> centerline of said Rucker Avenue, thence east along said projected line and the <br /> north line of lot 9, block 669, Plat of Everett and the easterly projection thereof to <br /> the centerline of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue, thence north along the centerline <br /> of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of Everett <br /> Avenue, thence east along the centerline of Everett Avenue to the intersection of <br /> the centerline of the alley west of Colby Avenue, thence north along the centerline <br /> of the alley west of Colby Avenue to the centerline of 26th Street,thence east along <br /> the centerline of 266" Street to the intersection of the centerline of the alley east of <br /> Wetmore Avenue, thence south along the centerline of the alley east of Wetmore <br /> Avenue to a point, said point being the intersection of the north line of lot 14,block <br /> 666, Plat of Everett projected westerly to the centerline of said alley, thence east <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
