Page 4 of 5 <br /> Task 6: ROM Remedial Cost Estimate and TEE <br /> Costs for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) remedial cost estimate for contaminated soil identified during the <br /> November 2016 Phase II ESA, simplified Terrestrial Ecological Evaluation (TEE)for the site, and consultation <br /> related to the City's proposed purchase of the property.The ROM cost estimate provided to the City was dated <br /> December 2, 2016. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> We anticipate the services outlined under this scope of work will extend over approximately 22 months from <br /> authorization to completion of the draft CAP submittal, as outlined below. <br /> Project Milestone Estimated Duration <br /> Project Setup and Complete Draft RI Work Plan Approximately 1-2 months following Notice to Proceed <br /> Assumed 6-month waitlist for entry into the VCP; <br /> Enter VCP and submit Draft RI Work Plan to 3 months for Ecology Opinion on RI Work Plan;and <br /> Ecology 1 month to finalize Work Plan following receipt of Ecology <br /> comments. <br /> Total approximately 10 months. <br /> Approximately 1 month for driller coordination, utility locate and <br /> Conduct Remedial Investigation Field field work; <br /> Explorations and Sampling 1 month for chemical analytical testing,data interpretation and <br /> analyses. <br /> Total 2 months. <br /> 3 months to complete RI/FS and CAP reports; <br /> Prepare Draft RI/FS and CAP documentation 3 months for Ecology review and Opinion. <br /> Total approximately 6 months. <br /> Meet with Ecology to discuss comments, revise and finalize reports <br /> Finalize RI/FS and CAP based on Ecology opinion. <br /> Approximately 2 months <br /> Total Estimated Timeframe 22 Months <br /> FEE ESTIMATE <br /> The total estimated fee for this Scope of Work is $171,000 which consists of GeoEngineers' labor($86,338) <br /> and subcontracted services ($45,662); this amount includes a 25 percent contingency.
