The face amount of life insurance and the principal sum of accidental death and dismemberment insurance for an 2 Appointive Officer age 70 or over shall each be equal to one-half the applicable amounts determined above. 3 5. Long term disability insurance shall be 66 2/3% of the 4 first $7,500 of the Appointive Officer's pre-disability monthly earnings subject to policy conditions and 5 limitations. 6 6. Optional dependent life insurance covered at the Appointive Officer's expense. 7. Annual physical examinations for all Department Heads. 8 8. A vision care plan for the Appointive Officer and his/her 9 eligible dependents. 10 9. A chiropractic care plan for the Appointive Officer and his/her eligible dependents. 11 12 C. The following days are hereby designated paid holidays for those 13 Appointive Officers in pay status on the day before and the day after the 14 holiday: 15 New Year' s Day Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 16 President's Day Memorial Day 17 Independence Day Labor Day 18 Veteran' s Day Thanksgiving Day 19 Day after Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day 20 One Floating Holiday 21 D.
