• <br /> • <br /> I taxation, public safety, and all other requirements and conditions <br /> 2 specifically set forth in other sections of this ordinance. Issuance of a <br /> 3 license shall not be deemed to constitute approval or waiver of <br /> 4 non-compliance by the applicant with such other requirements, regulations, <br /> 5 ordinances and laws. <br /> 6 9.6 The filing of an application for a license shall not give the <br /> 7 applicant any right to engage in the activity covered prior to the issuance <br /> 8 of a license. <br /> 9 9.7 All license applicants must present one of the following pieces <br /> 10 of identification to the licensing authority: <br /> 11 (a) Driver's license of any state or "identicard" issued by the <br /> Washington State Department of Licensing pursuant to RCW <br /> 12 46.20.117; <br /> 13 (b) United States military identification; <br /> 14 (c) Passport. <br /> 15 <br /> Section 10: Application - Forms and Content. Such applications shall <br /> 16 <br /> contain at the minimum the following required items: <br /> 17 <br /> 18 (1 ) The true name, home address, home telephone number, date and <br /> place of birth and social security number of the applicant; <br /> 19 <br /> (2) The name, address and telephone number of the business premises <br /> 20 or proposed business premises if different than the response <br /> given in Section 10 (1 ) ; <br /> 21 <br /> (3) Whether the applicant is a sole proprietorship, partnership or <br /> 22 corporation. If a partnership, the application shall set forth <br /> names, residence addresses and telephone numbers of all persons, <br /> 23 whether general or limited partners, sharing in the profits of <br /> said business. If a corporation, it shall set forth the name, <br /> 24 address and telephone number of each of its officers, and the <br /> name, address and telephone number of the registered agent. <br /> 25 Further as to a corporation, the date and place of incorporation; <br /> 26 (4) Whether the applicant or anyone listed in Section 10 (3) has ever <br /> been convicted or forfeited bail to any crime, the name of the <br /> 27 court in which the case was filed, the circumstances and the <br /> disposition of the case; <br /> 28 <br /> (5) If the applicant is a sole proprietorship or a partnership, <br /> 29 stating whether the proprietor or the partners are of legal age; <br /> 30 (6) The principal occupation of the proprietor of the proposed <br /> business if a sole proprietorship; if a partnership, the <br /> 31 principal occupation of all partners; and if a corporation, the <br /> principal business enterprises of such corporation; <br /> i2 <br /> 6 <br />
