Otak will prepare the Joint Aquatic Resources <br /> Permit Application (JARPA) drawings to accompany the JARPA form.The City will complete the <br /> JARPA form with assistance as needed from Otak. Otak will also prepare the Notice of Intent <br /> (NOI) for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP), and the Water Quality Monitoring <br /> and Protection Plan (WQMPP) that will be required for the Section 401 Water Quality Certification <br /> from the Washington Department of Ecology. For all other required approvals/permits, support <br /> will be upon City request. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • JARPA Drawings, 8.5 x 11", electronic file (PDF format) to Corps'graphic standards, and <br /> Quantities for JARPA <br /> • Notice of Intent (NOl) for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) <br /> • Water Quality Monitoring and Protection Plan (WQMPP), electronic file (PDF format). <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The City will complete and submit hard and digital copies of the JARPA form to the USACE, <br /> WDFW, and Ecology for the Section 404/10 permits, Section 401 permit, Coastal Zone <br /> Management Consistency Determination, and HPA.
