• <br /> • <br /> 1 <br /> "NOTICE OF HEARING ON ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE <br /> 2 <br /> This is a notice of hearing before the City' s Violation Hearing <br /> 3 Examiner to ascertain whether certain property situated in the City of <br /> Everett, State of Washington, known and designated as (street <br /> 4 address) , in said City, and more particularly described <br /> as: <br /> 5 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 <br /> 8 constitutes a public nuisance subject to abatement of the nuisance. HEARING BY VIOLATIONS HEARING EXAMINER. At the time stated in <br /> 25 • <br /> the notice, the Violations Hearing Examiner shall hear and consider all <br /> 26 <br /> relevant evidence, objections or protests and shall receive testimony under <br /> 27 <br /> oath relative to such alleged public nuisance and the proposed abatement of <br /> 28 <br /> such nuisance. Said hearing may be continued from time to time. The notice <br /> 29 <br /> 30 may be amended by City staff in the course of contested proceedings. <br /> If the Violations Hearing Examiner finds that such public nuisance does <br /> 31 <br /> exist and that there is sufficient cause to abate the same, the Violations <br /> 32 <br /> 4 <br />
