• • 1 "NOTICE OF HEARING ON ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE 2 This is a notice of hearing before the City' s Violation Hearing 3 Examiner to ascertain whether certain property situated in the City of Everett, State of Washington, known and designated as (street 4 address) , in said City, and more particularly described as: 5 6 7 8 constitutes a public nuisance subject to abatement of the nuisance. HEARING BY VIOLATIONS HEARING EXAMINER.
