1 the issuance of the citation or the filing of the complaint or information. <br /> 2 At that appearance, the court shall determine the necessity of imposing a <br /> 3 no-contact or no-harassment order or other conditions of pretrial release <br /> 4 according to the procedures established by court rule for preliminary <br /> 5 appearance or an arraignment. <br /> 6 Section 6: CRIMES INCLUDED IN HARASSMENT. <br /> 7 As used in this ordinance, "harassment" may include but is not limited <br /> 8 to any of the following crimes: <br /> 9 1 . Harrassment (Section Ordinance No. ) ; <br /> 10 2. Telephone Harassment EMC 10.18.010) ; <br /> 3. Assault (Ordinance No. 1360-87) ; <br /> 11 4. Reckless Endangerment (EMC 10.16.020) ; <br /> 5. Coercion (EMC 10.16.040) ; <br /> 12 6. Criminal Trespass in the first degree (EMC 10.68.030) ; <br /> 7. Criminal Trespass in the second degree (EMC 10.68.040) ; <br /> 13 8. Criminal Mischief (EMC 10.66.040) ; <br /> 9. Interference With Property (EMC 10.66.020) . <br /> 14 Section 7: ENFORCEMENT OF ORDERS RESTRICTING CONTACT. <br /> 15 Any law enforcement agency in this state may enforce this ordinance as <br /> 16 it relates to orders restricting the defendants' ability to have contact <br /> 17 with the victim or others. <br /> 18 Section 8: ORDER RESTRICTING CONTACT - VIOLATION. <br /> 19 The victim shall be informed by local law enforcement agencies or the <br /> 20 prosecuting attorney of the final disposition of the case in which the <br /> 21 victim is involved. If a defendant is found guilty of a crime of harassment <br /> 22 and a condition of the sentence restricts the defendants' ability to have <br /> 23 contact with the victim or witnesses, the condition shall be recorded and a <br /> 24 written certified copy of that order shall be provided to the victim or <br /> 25 witnesses by the clerk of the court. Willful violation of a court order <br /> 26 issued under this section is a misdemeanor. The written order shall contain <br /> 27 the court's directives and shall bear the legend: Violation of this order is <br /> 28 a criminal offense under Chapter 9A.46 RCW and/or Chapter EMC <br /> 29 (Ordinance No.J and will subject a violator to arrest. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 3 <br />
