• <br /> 1 The wording at the bottom of the form: <br /> 2 "Should any of the above described policies be cancelled before <br /> the expiration date thereof, the issuing company will endeavor to <br /> 3 mail thirty (30) days written notice to the below named <br /> certificate holder, but failure to mail such notice shall impose <br /> 4 no obligation of any kind upon the company." <br /> 5 <br /> shall be changed to read: <br /> 6 <br /> 7 "Should any of the above described policies be cancelled, reduced <br /> as to coverage, or otherwise changed before the expiration date <br /> 8 thereof, the issuing company shall provide written notice of such <br /> action to the City Clerk of the City of Everett." <br /> 9 <br /> 10 D. The procuring of the insurance required by this section shall not <br /> 11 be construed to limit licensee's liability hereunder. <br /> 12 E. Licensee shall provide for the prompt and efficient handling of <br /> 13 all claims for injury, death, damage or loss arising out of the acts or <br /> 14 omissions of licensee. <br /> 15 Section 16: LITTER CONTROL - SECURITY FOR CLEANUP. <br /> 16 A. Prior to issuance of any public dance license a cash security <br /> 17 deposit in the amount of $100.00 shall be submitted to the City Clerk as <br /> 18 security for the cleanup of all litter resulting from any public dance <br /> 19 authorized by the licensee. In the event the licensee fails to clean up all <br /> 20 litter on any public or private property which results from any public dance <br /> 21 conducted by the licensee within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the <br /> 22 dance, the City may cause such litter to be cleaned up and pay the costs of <br /> 23 the cleanup out of the security funds. (Litter resulting from the public <br /> 24 dance shall be limited to that occurring within a one block radius of the <br /> 25 location of the dance unless clearly identified to the dance. ) In the event <br /> 26 the cost of the cleanup exceeds the amount of funds on deposit, the licensee <br /> 27 shall pay such excess costs. <br /> 28 B. In the event funds are expended out of a security deposit <br /> 29 required by this section, the licensee shall , within five (5) days of <br /> 30 receipt of notice of such expenditure, submit the amount necessary to <br /> 31 replenish the security fund to the amount of the full security deposit.
