• <br /> 1 B. The licensee or any of the licensee' s officers, directors, <br /> 2 partners, operators or any other person involved in the operation of the <br /> 3 public dance hall have: <br /> 4 <br /> 5 1 . Committed any act, which, if committed by a licensee, <br /> would be grounds for the suspension or revocation of <br /> 6 a license or permit: <br /> 7 2. Been convicted of: <br /> 8 a. A felony involving a crime of violence as <br /> defined in RCW 9.41 or any felony under <br /> 9 RCW 9A.44, RCW 69.50 or RCW 9A.88 within the <br /> last five (5) years; <br /> 10 b. A crime involving prostitution, lewd conduct, <br /> 11 or assault within the last five (5) years; or <br /> 12 c. In the case of a license for a teen dance or a <br /> young adult dance, in addition to those crimes <br /> 13 listed in a and b, contributing to the <br /> dependency or delinquency of a minor or any <br /> 14 felony under RCW 9A.64. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 C. The applicant has been refused a license or had a license revoked <br /> 17 under the provisions of this Chapter; provided, however, that any applicant <br /> 18 denied a license may reapply if the basis for such denial no longer exists. <br /> 19 Any applicant whose application has been denied may, within ten (10) <br /> 20 days following notification of the denial , file a petition for hearing with <br /> 21 the City Council . Such petition shall set forth a statement of the <br /> 22 reason(s) for the appeal . <br /> 23 Section 7: LICENSE - SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION - GROUNDS. <br /> 24 A license may be suspended or revoked by the City Clerk upon a finding <br /> 25 that any applicant or licensee, or any owner, officer or agent thereof: <br /> 26 A. Has omitted to disclose any material fact in the application for <br /> 27 a license; or <br /> 28 B. Knowingly has made any false statement or given any false <br /> 29 information in connection with an application for a license or a renewal of <br /> 30 a license; or <br /> 31 C. Knowingly has failed to remove from the dance premises any person <br /> 32 who is or appears to be under the influence of or affected by the use of <br /> 5 <br />
