1 decision as to the revocation, suspension or denial . Such decision of the <br /> 2 City Council shall be final and conclusive as of the date set forth in the <br /> 3 decision, unless within fifteen (15) days from the effective date of the <br /> 4 City Council 's order an aggrieved person or persons obtains a Writ of <br /> 5 Certiorari from the Superior Court of Washington for Snohomish County for <br /> 6 purpose of review of the action taken. <br /> 7 It is unlawful for any person whose license has been revoked or <br /> 8 suspended to keep the license issued to him/her in his/her possession or <br /> 9 under his control , and the same shall immediately be surrendered to the City <br /> 10 Clerk. When revoked, the license shall be returned to the City Clerk and <br /> 11 cancelled, and when suspended, the City Clerk shall retain the same during <br /> 12 the period of suspension. <br /> 13 Section 8: REQUIREMENTS OF OPERATION - AGE - RESTRICTIONS - PENALTY. <br /> 14 A. No person conducting or operating a teen dance or person <br /> 15 maintaining a teen dance hall shall permit, either by act or omission, <br /> 16 persons under the age of sixteen to enter or remain on the premises without <br /> 17 a parent or legal guardian present or persons over the age of eighteen (18) <br /> 18 to enter or remain on the premises except a parent or legal guardian <br /> 19 accompanying a person under the age of eighteen (18) years, and except bona <br /> 20 fide employees of the person conducting or operating such teen dance or teen <br /> 21 dance hall . <br /> 22 B. No person conducting or operating a young adult dance or person <br /> 23 maintaining a young adult dance hall shall permit, either by act or <br /> 24 omission, any person under the age of eighteen (18) years or over the age of <br /> 25 twenty (20) to enter or remain on the premises except a parent or legal <br /> 26 guardian accompanying a person under the age of twenty-one (21 ) years, and <br /> 27 except bona fide employees of the person conducting or operating such young <br /> 28 adult dance or young adult dance hall . <br /> 29 C. No person conducting or operating a public dance or public dance <br /> 30 hall shall allow persons over the age of twenty to enter or remain on the <br /> 31 premises, except for bona fide employees of the person operating or <br /> 32 <br /> 7 <br />
