1 The City Clerk may by order limit the number of licenses issued under 2 this ordinance when the Clerk determines it is necessary in order to protect 3 the general health, safety and welfare. 4 Section 5: LICENSE - APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS 5 In addition to the information required to be provided pursuant to the 6 general requirements for all licenses, applicants for limousine business 7 licenses shall furnish the following information on forms to be furnished by 8 the City: 9 A. The financial status of the applicant, including the amounts of all 10 unpaid judgments and the nature of the transaction or acts giving rise to said judgments; 11 B. The experience of the applicant in the transportation of passengers; 12 C. The number of vehicles to be operated or controlled by the applicant; 13 U. For each limousine, the company vehicle number therefor, the make, 14 model and identifying color scheme, monogram or insignia, and serial number of the vehicle; 15 E. True and accurate information concerning the ownership of the 16 vehicle(s) to be licensed; 17 F. Proof of a valid Washington State for-hire certificate; 18 G. If the applicant is a corporation, it shall accompany the application with a list of the names and addresses of all officers, directors and 19 stockholders; 20 H. The name, fictitious or otherwise, under which the applicant will operate; 21 I. Such other information the City Clerk may require, which he/she deems 22 reasonably necessary to aid in the enforcement of this ordinance. 23 Section 6: LICENSE FEE 24 The license fees are fixed in the amounts shown in the following 25 schedule and shall be payable annually in advance: 26 27 Limousine business license $150 per year per company plus $75 per year for each limousine 28 Limousine driver's license fee $50 for initial license and $25 29 per year for renewal ; in order to qualify for renewal , must 30 have been licensed for the previous year 31 The fees set forth in this schedule are non-refundable. 32 3
