2. The mechanical requirements for outside air should be shown on the drawings for the <br /> combined warehouse and vehicular occupancy. This may also impact the outside air <br /> requirements for the office. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International <br /> Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the <br /> 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the <br /> 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is <br /> the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI Ai17.1). Federal ADA <br /> regulations and standards may be more restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the <br /> responsibility of the tenant and owner of the building. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your <br /> application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
